maybe for me this works on eating big meals

ok so i live byself and live like a caveman until i leave the house

well when i am bulking

i eat my meals with my hands, i do this since it is easier to eat more and it seems to make the tough steaks more tender since you just rip it up with your hands eat with your fingers....grill up a a pound of ground chuck and just dip it in some katscup and eat


for some reason i can eat more when i eat more with my hands

i eat real simply, but not necessarily with my hands.

my main meals are most usually one of these:

bowl of frosted mini wheats and milk

bowl of plain oatmeal (tsp of sugar) & can of tuna

2 chicken breasts (i usually cook 6-12 up at a time so i have at least enough for two days) & fruit

2 sirloin patties & fruit

protein smoothy (8 frozen strawberries, 45g vanilla whey, 1 large banana, add milk to blend in blender)

fruit is usually bananas, grapes, or oranges, maybe some type of melon. of course, i'll also snack on other things throughout the day.
