is there anyone here
who can explain 3 lifts, the squat, the clean, and the deadlift:
examples:
squat atf vs. parallel, clean no squat vs. squat every rep, and DL. hex bar vs straight barbell?
BATTLE I suppose of TECHNIQUES.........does technique seperate BB and PL?
with same lifts of course, share your opinions
EXAMPLE: I find a higher squat capability with a full squat on every rep of clean, and then a higher clean as well, as In I suppose, proficiency of the body.
