Making my legs thinner

Excerpt: I have a weird question because everybody always has the opposite issue. But my legs are much bigger than my upper body really look weird. I have like thick legs I think it's from playing soccer when I was a kid but my upper body looks like I have a bird chest. How do I make my legs smaller so I don't look so weird

    Making my legs thinner

    You should train them less and train upper body more
    if you have thick legs they are over trained

    having large legs is the base of your body. it will allow you to grow your upper body next

    If you build up your upper body, your lower part will look normal(do not train your legs)

    Train upper body and slack on legs. You should grow fast.

    Don't overthink things man. Just put more focus on training the upper body. Do minimal lower body training just to keep things in shape.
