Some times we must train and not enjoy it, but you know you have to, so do it, because it is necessary to reach your goals
 
When your back starts lacking compared to your other body parts you’ll want to hit it more.
 
Find a good playlist
split that group into 2 separate sessions
give yourself smaller goals
listen to a podcast
just power through
