Lower ab Flab

I have been trying to reduce the flab in lower ab region (below the belly button). My upper abs, intercostals, and obligues? are in great form. However I need to try some kind of lower ab exercise that will strengthen this area. I eat sensibly, drink lots of water, and I have tried leg lifts and other leg exercises to try and strengthen this area. Nothing seems to help. Any suggestions??:confused:
 
Are you a male or female?

In either case that is where fat likes to be stored. It's the last place I lose it too. Cardio and a sensible diet is the only way, not lipo.
 
what do you mean 'strengthen lower abs'?

Abs = abs. No middle, upper or lower.

If you have fat on your abs you ain;t gonna shift it through sit ups alone.

Like it has been said, diet and when it's time, cardio.
