    my low box is below parallel by a few inches..
    my free squat with wide (PL) stance is also below parallel
    i always break para on reg squats..otherwise the lift dont count

    i think he means numbers.

    its been a while since I box squatted. they were about 30-40lbs apart.

    your squat should be higher ..everyones carryover is different..if your really doing box squats, sitting and relaxing, without rocking you can get 100lbs carry over

    My box squat is about 50 pounds lower. I go real deep on regular squats anyway.

    My best box squat so far to a 12.75" box (deeeeep for me) is 551. I think that I'm good for around 600 to be honest though.

    My best free and raw squat is a solid 642 and I missed depth by a couple inches with 664 a few weeks ago. Throw on a suit and wraps and belt and the numbers are MUCH higher.
