Love handle problem!

I have exactly the same damn miserable problem. Just finished a cutting cycle, can see good definition, but still have this shit around my waist. I read somewhere that cortisol helps fat collect around the midsection. So if you're a heart attack case, always stressed out from work or whatever, or a smoker, the midsection is going to get thicker than other fatty places.

If mine aren't gone after my winter cutting cycle they are getting sucked the fuck out.
 
its a combo of both diet and cardio first off eliminate all carbs in the evening hours say around 7pm only have protein source close to bed and try to make your last meal something like broiled salmon with vegetables
next hit cardio about 3 times/week for 40 min
also do lower ab such as leg raises if you really stick to this program you will see results in about 4 weeks.
