is there any trainings i can do it to get the flexibility in my body ?

Make sure you make stretching part of your daily routine, and perhaps add some yoga
do yoga twice a week. plenty of yoga studios around and you will not only gain flexibility but mobility and decompression. it will prevent injuries later on

I practice a lot of back extension machine with a weight behind head. Back is never enough strong after I stretch with cat and camel, superman’s exercise, downward fog and hand to toes. Violence is not a need, slowly and breathe. Don’t panic, you go slowly.
