looking to increase arms

IMO having a great body means you need to have a strong base. To get a strong base you could aim for a 365 squat, 455 deadlift, 275 bench, bw OHP. THEN work on isolation. Too many guys get started and curl the 25's and they can prob only bench 155

The biggest muscle in your arm is that tricep. Don't forget it. EZ bar extensions on a flat bench can be accentuated by changing the degree of the bench, always keep it fresh. Don't just do the same exercise on the same day with the same body part. Also don't be afraid to train them occasionally on consecutive days to throw them off too. Hammers work great and they also will help the muscles in your forearm. Using dropsets on your arm workouts like your major body parts helps keep them guessing too. Basically what I am saying is that if you can keep them guessing they are always gonna be growing and trying to be prepared for what you throw at them next, when that happens that means that they have to grow. Good luck.
