Loading then Deloading.......

I am completely lost, i get the concept, but can u give me some examples of what it would look like in workouts? And the write how it is loading then deloading, cuz i am really lost now, thanks!
 
Are you referring to loading and deloading within a given workout, or over the course of weeks like a "loading phase" and "deload phase?"

Over periods of weeks, like a loading phase then deloading phase, then after ur done u have a pr, like coolcoolj says, just dont get how the scheme is. lol:mix:

Olympic lifts, for explosiveness, mainly to prove athletisism for basketball, also some isolation movements. Thanks for all your help!
