Excerpt: help! damn i is weak! started chest about 4months ago .... im 19 5'8 ... 140lbs, 6.5% body fat, i press 154lb flat. :( Any ideas on where i should go from here to get bigger gains?     switch flat and incline with dumbells instead of barbells every other week. routine looks good.

    Depends upon what kind of gains that you want
    If you are after strength, keep your reps low and try to stick with barbells, if you wnat size, 7-10 reps and dumbells, stick to the basics as far as exercises go
