Light Weight Baby. . . Light Weight

Excerpt: As some of you know, I am on a light cycle. Here is what I performed this evening. . nothing impressive in terms of weights: 1. Speed Bench Press - 8 sets of 3 reps @ 205lbs 2. Overhead Dumbbell Presses - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 50lbers 3. French Presses - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 90lbs 4. Barbell Rows - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 225lbs 5. Seated Pulley Rows - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 150lbs The high reps made me sweat. . . training light isn't that bad as long as it doesn't last forever lol.

    As some of you know, I am on a light cycle. Here is what I performed this evening. . nothing impressive in terms of weights:

    nope...skullcrushers=dumbells

    I always called French Press and Skullcrushers teh same thing. I didn't know skullcrushers were dumbells.

    actually french presses are overhead bar extensions. skull crushers are lying extension, or lying french presses.

    but i have no idea weather louden meant he was doing them overhead or lying....

    Yeah that's the distinction I always made. I think either can be done with db or bb.

    Louden, your "light weights" make me feel like a puss, as they are heavier than my "heavy weights" LOL
