Which lifts and reps for strength ?

WHat would you guys advise as good lifts and rep ranges to improve strength gain ASAP! Any help would be appreciated!
 
Squats, presses, deadlifts.
If your main and only focus is strength then I'd probably stick to 1-6 rep range.

But keep in mind this is just a very vague example. I can't lay out any kind of individualized training plan without knowing anything about you.
 
the worst thing you can do is improve strength too fast. this is a marathon and not a sprint

the guys who do that end up with a lot of injuries

my advice to you is build CONSISTENCY at a lower weight level and move your way up and incorporate plenty of rest and deloads

Less than bodybuilding and a LOT less than endurance.
