Excerpt: If training a muscle twice a week spaced out Saturday and Wednesday but still have some remnants of soreness each time from the last workout would you pull sets out and let's fatigue auto regulate, lift thru if performance hasn't decreased, or both? Only one muscle group (chest, 20 sets per week) not too long since last deload so don't think it's time for that.

Re: Lifting thru soreness?
It's not pain it's just soreness, it's easy to push thru. Just curious if I'm not giving adequate recovery... Thus leaving gains on the table by not being fully recovered.

You may work through pain, as long as nothing is damaged
