Lifting thru soreness?

Welcome to the EliteFitness.com Bodybuilding Site! Please join this discussion about Lifting thru soreness? within the Weight Training & Weight Lifting category.

Excerpt: If training a muscle twice a week spaced out Saturday and Wednesday but still have some remnants of soreness each time from the last workout would you pull sets out and let's fatigue auto regulate, lift thru if performance hasn't decreased, or both? Only one muscle group (chest, 20 sets per week) not too long since last deload so don't think it's time for that. Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk

The downside of being better than everyone else, is that people tend to assume you're pretentious.

It's not pain it's just soreness, it's easy to push thru. Just curious if I'm not giving adequate recovery... Thus leaving gains on the table by not being fully recovered.

If you're sore, dont lift on that muscle group you need more time to recover.

You may work through pain, as long as nothing is damaged
