weight lifters have tremendous imbalances.. the main problem with weight training is that we will strengthen our stronger areas and ignore our weak areas by weight training

i'm not going to argue this on a thread cause it is complicated, you can listen to our podcast for more info but i can tell you that you should be doing yoga atleast once a week to fix imbalances.
 
This is going to be a case by case situation.

My advice is to hire a good sports therapist and do whatever they tell you
