Lifting pads/grips

I saw a guy in the gym today using these square rubber pads to grip the bar. They were really cool because unlike straps or gloves, you don't need to wrap them around your wrist or worry about sizing. Unfortunately, though, when I asked him where to get some, I couldn't get the answer because he didn't speak English (and I don't speak whatever language he was speaking...).

Anyway, if you have seen what I am talking about and where I can pick some up, could you let me know?

I wouldn't fanny about with those if I were you, just use some chalk!

chalk = all the grip aid you need.

I picked up some Gripped Wrist straps to try out.
The strap part has a rubberized side to wrap around the bar.
Seems easier / less mess then chalk.. haven't tried them out yet.

Edit: Although I guess it depends what your using it for, might not apply.
