Lifting every 3 days

I started lifting every 3 days and have found good results from it. What’s the average about of days you lift per week?
 
when i was in my late teens i would do 5 times a week and 6X a week on some weeks but going only at 60% intensity

it depends on how hard you are training and how heavy and all that.. if you setup a 5 day split correctly you can do 5x a week and get great results.. same goes for 3 or 4 day splits.

1 or 2X per week just isn't enough but it is better than nothing on busy weeks
 
I am pretty religious about lifting 6 days a week (I wouldn't know what to do with myself otherwise). However, two of the days a week are fairly low weight high volume days (running the nSuns 6-day deadlift focus routine at the moment)
