Okay guys my main goal is to gain weight but my legs are skinnier than my upper body there is no proportion. And these calves... they are skinny as ....
So my question is how many times i can train the legs per week? Especially the calves, should i include calves training while im training some other muscle group?

If you want to build big tree trunk legs - learn how to squat.

Not a hack squat, not a smith machine squat, a real free weight squat.

Squat 3 days per week. For example, every Monday Wednesday Friday. Master the squat and you will get the leg development you are looking for.
 
It is fine to just train them 1-2 times per week. If they aren't growing from that then it is not the amount of days that is the issue. It is the amount of food or how you are training. Are you squatting heavy with proper form?
 
I just started yesterday i can barely move my legs but my calves are okay.
Sorry if i cant explain my self i cant understand everything that you say (weak english)
