leg workouts....What are yours???

ok guys ,what do you guys generally do for your leg workouts?

I know i'll probably get flamed for this. But I only started working out my legs 2 weeks ago. I just looked at my legs and said what the hell am i doing. So now they are in my schedule for the week, and will stay there. So far, just to get my legs "into" it, i've only done 4 sets of squats, and 4 sets of calves each time (twice so far). But, I want to start to do a total full leg workout next week. So, lets hear some advice...
 
3x barbell squats *free-weight only* 20/12/6-8
2x leg press 10/6
1x hack squat 12
2x stiff leg deadlift 10/6-8
3x leg curl 8/8/6

calves are always 3 sets of standing 3 sets of seated always around 20 reps per set and all to failure.
make sure you warm up thoroughly and stretch well afterwards.
 
a while ago it was:

squats 5*5 with 3 warmup sets

but i think im gonna start this:

5 squats (+2 warmup sets)
5 front squats
5 leg extension

reps: 15,12,10,8,8
 
Today's was........7/13/01

Leg Ext 230x6 alt legs 7 forced, 180 x5 8 forced, 130x5, 8 forced reps-
230x4 alt legs 7 forced, 180 x5 8 forced, 150x5, 8 forced reps.

Squats 515 x 7 – up 10 lbs.

Seated Leg Curls 150x6 one- legged style, 10 forced reps, drop, 110x6, 8 forced reps drop, 90x6, 8 forced reps.

Manta Ray for Squats

Have any of you guys tried the Manta Ray for squats? I just got one today. Seems to really alleviate lower back pain when squatting heavy.
