    OK, since we know what everyone's favourite exercises are, which ones do you dislike having to do. Here are my top 3.

    Calf raises (Working calves bores the hell out of me)

    Shrugs (I guess I don't like exercises with a short range of motion)

    Doing abs is like watching paint dry
    Weighted Lunges --- I do this after squats and hamstring curls... these are like friggen cardio...
    Cardio... Anything cardio is just aweful.. but i force myself(when cuttin anyway)...

    DB lunges are truly the pits. I use high weight to keep the reps down. I HATE THEM!

    DB Upright rows feel kinda awkward.

    OF course squats are just a bitch and a half.

    The only other exercise I do regularly and truly dislike are pull ups. Probably because I do them after deads and I never get as many as I feel like I should. Plus they suck.

    hate crunches as well
    hate lunges even more
    hate lateral raises the most

    Shrugs definetely I don't use wraps and I almost drop them heavy ass db's at the end of the set. I also dislike bent over rows too. And squats but hey at least I do them.
