lasting longer on a set

Excerpt: I have noticed that now in my 40s I last much less time during a set. I started to get winded during my set and have to stop. Also when I am doing reps I notice I lose a lot of muscle conditioning during the set when I feel like I can do 12, I can only get to 10 before failure. Is this due to age or is my workouts no good?

    I have noticed that now in my 40s I last much less time during a set. I started to get winded during my set and have to stop. Also when I am doing reps I notice I lose a lot of muscle conditioning during the set when I feel like I can do 12, I can only get to 10 before failure. Is this due to age or is my workouts no good?

    every year you age your max heart rate drops by 1. so a 20 year old is going to have more wind then a 40 year old. that is how it works. that is why you see speedster athletes peak in their early to mid 20's in total speed. you can only crank up that engine so much as you age

    add some cardazol 3 caps and your sets will be better because you'll have a cardio and strength boost
