knees and leg day pain

Excerpt: Iím 56 years old and been weight training for 30 years or more off and on. The past few years my knees have not agreed with me in the gym. When I do workouts they ache and are inflamed. I was doing leg curls and when I am curling they hurt and when I squat they hurt. What leg workout can I try that will not irritate it? I donít want to end up unable to lift my legs at all.

    have you tried doing front squats and lunges?

    if those still hurt then you have to get creative with how much weight you do.

    you have to take care of your knees ahead of time. I use n2jointrx and I do a lot of stretching
