Knee problems

I like to run but my knees is starting to suffer from serious pain. Do you think if i swim instead I will have good results ?
 
Any aerobic exercise periodized and performed correctly will produce results for cardiovascular health, if that's your goal.

It doesn't matter if it's Running, swimming, soccer, cycling, boxing... do what you like the most. Because the idea it's to keep practicing, so It must be enjoyable.

or also ... you can go to the doctor, do the imaging tests, see what the problem is, treat the problem and continue to run without pain.
