Knee cartilage

[FONT=&quot]So I recently (as in this morning) found out that it's pretty likely I have torn knee cartilage and I'm wondering if anyone has any good ways to relive pressure on my knee so I can keep liftin legs without making it worse or do I need to just suck it up and deal with it? I'm trying to make sure I can still get through the upcoming football season but I would rather not have to give up squatting to do so...Thanks[/FONT]

i hate to break the bad news but if you keep pounding you will end up with no cartilage at all in there. go to any tennis court and talk to the other guys there who have their knees in wraps who will telll you they haven't had cartilage in their knees in years and suffer with pain where they cannot even walk

you don't want to spend your last 20 years like that

you need to REST, learn to make homemmade bone broth and also pick up n2jointrx.
