Kettlebell workouts

Excerpt: I saw in a magazine that there are kettlebell systems that guys use especially in europe where they only use them during a workout and seem to have really good results from it. Do any of you guys incorporate them into your workouts?

    we have them at my gym and barely anyone uses them

    i used to use them to do roman chairs but now i just use a 45 pound weight

    A kettlebell is just a fancy dumbbell when it really comes down to it. They're nothing magic. It's the latest fad IMO.

    Just another tool at your gym. I like to use them from time to time for things like kettle bell swings and goblet squats
