    Why not. You can do all kinds of fancy things with it.
    One downside is though that it can get light pretty fast once you get stronger so it's going to be quite an investment in the long run lol.

    But yeah if you only do it every now and then it's a good and convenient way of blasting a short workout session, especially if you are time restricted.

    I keep foam rollers and bands at home. I prefer to keep eberything else at the gym

    If you feel its needed, but if your workouts at the gym are sufficient I dont see the need. You grow while resting and recovering. Dont just train more because you are bored. Quality....not quantity
