    Kettlebell/fat bell experience

    Anyone using these? I am gonna be purchasing some fatbells asap and start incorporating them more.


    What I am looking to get out of them is some joint strength and mobility.


    Curious how and when any of you use them?

    i've been to a lot of gyms and most seem to have them these days so i will use them for roman chairs or ab work etc.

    most gyms frown on using them for other things because they don't want you damaging the floor or the bells themselves

    I don't generally use kettlebells, as dumbells fit my routine better.

    Weights are weights but it's just a matter of preference which one you prefer.

    I personally have never really used them before. I would focus on the technique on using them first. i am more of a dumbell guy.
