Good addition to a home gym.

Itís a machine I rarely use. Only for incline press sometimes or bodyweight rows once in a blue moon.

So about £500 GBP. If it's pro level that's not bad at all.

Smith machines are nice for accessory movements. I just can't justify the real estate in my home gym for one

I donít train super heavy anyway. Iím stoked for ALL the following movements I couldnít do without one:
    Squats
    Split lunges
    Bent over rows
    Curls
    Shrugs
    Calves
    Incline bench
    Flat bench
    Shoulder press
    What else am I forgetting?
