junior hockey weights

Excerpt: rightnow our league is paused cause of the virus obviously but we arestill to train on our own. a lot of guys i play with from europe andother palces don't really weight train, they do a lot of partying anddrinking. so this is my chance to get a leg up on them. what are agood way to get stronger? i play defense and am 18 if that helps.

    skate your ass off daily to build up conditioning

    as far as weight training find a home gym and workout that way.

    It depends on what you have access to. Since gyms are closed that's a big factor

    It really depends on what equipment you have available. If it comes down to it, you can do just body weight exercises.
