i dont have a verticle jump whatsoever!!!!!! what can i do to get it going?? i dont think im going to be very big when im full grown! im now 5''8 and im 13 and im getting worried that im not gonna be able to dunk it when i grow up so i need to start early in life!! what can i do??

leg workouts will help!

leg extensions, squats, leg curls.. etc etc.

heres another tip, on the days you play basketball stand near the backboard and keep trying to touch it for like 10 minutes straight...

that should be a nice workout
 
Weight training will not improve jumping ability, just strength and size unless it is done at high speeds. To jump involves more of the fast twitch muscle fibres which do not come into play during normal weight training. What you should do is fast twitch training involving springing from the calves on and off boxes as well many other excersizes using plyometrics.
