I have been using Inversion boots for 3 months now and have incorperated them into my pre-workout routine. I have found it to be very helpful in streaching and relaxing my muscles. I feel like I have my body better set for a workout after 10 minutes of inversion warmup. I still run for 5-10 minutes before I workout and I still strech a lot. I was just wondering if anyone else out there has had success with Inversion and how they have made it part of there daily routine?
