Inversion ??? any thoughts ?

I have been using Inversion boots for 3 months now and have incorperated them into my pre-workout routine. I have found it to be very helpful in streaching and relaxing my muscles. I feel like I have my body better set for a workout after 10 minutes of inversion warmup. I still run for 5-10 minutes before I workout and I still strech a lot. I was just wondering if anyone else out there has had success with Inversion and how they have made it part of there daily routine?
 
Do you mean those boots things with hooks on them for hanging upside down? If so do a search on Ebay for "Gravity Boots" you'll find dozens for sale..
