Inner pec growth

[FONT=&quot]How do I work my Inner Pecs if at my school we dont have a machine to do cable crossovers and we dont have a pec dec machine either.[/FONT]

you don't need machines to work the pecs. just do pushups

does your school have a bench press or free weights?

you know that you can always find a gym, talk to your football coach for tips where to work out. i don't know of any school that has a football team that doesn't have a weight room, that doesn't make any sense
