    Injured AC joint

    lifting will not help the process no

    youtube some rotator cuff therapy ideas.. stay away from bench, militaries, pull downs etc

    Personally I would stay away from weighted exercises and focus mainly on mobility and flexibility stuff. However if you feel like you can do it it'd be best to consult your physiotherapist first and get his opinion on that just make sure you won't end up doing more harm than good.

    DO NOT fuck with shoulder injuries man. It won’t be good. Just rest. Do legs. Cardio. Heal.

    Shoulder injuries are the worst. I know from experience. You want to NOT lift and let it heal up.
