Increasing weights

Excerpt: How much do you increase your weights per session? Is increasing 5 lbs every 4 sessions for my squat/deadlift too slow? I'm about a month and a half into my first bulk and the lifts up pretty smoothly but should i take it more quickly so i dont take as long? Thanks.

    Increasing weights

    I increase my weight once I start hitting my top set for a few reps. My top set being my third set of busy 9 sets, and is hypothetically 90% of my 1rm

    build consistency at a lower weight and accept there will be 2 steps forward and 1.5 steps back in your strength program. you must deload along the way or your body will gladly deload for you by getting injured
