    Incorporating sled pulls pushes

    I recently tried pushing a weighted sled and I thought it was the most challenging workout for my legs. I couldnít believe how much lactic I had built up. Why donít I get like that when I squat ?

    Squat lower weight, for very high reps and you will feel it.

    PON is correct. Add range of movement and constant tension.
