Excerpt: First Happy Thanksgiving to everybody Now for my question, i know this has been posted before but i just wanted to know how many people do cardio while bulking. How much do you do it? I have been doing 3 intense session for 10 minutes. I still feel that is optimal for me. Have you experienced good gains while incorporating cardio into your workout? Thanx fellas have happy and safe holidays.

    You don't stop doing cardio when bulking ever. I personally do 30 minutes to an hour when bulking.

    cliffnotes. cardio is great for your heart health. and a healthy heart is a healthy body. don't believe the bs that cardio kills gains. unless you are doing an excessive amount you never have to worry about it
