Improving core strength

Beltless squats and deadlifts are great for a thick strong core.
 
Nothing works instantly but basic heavy compound movements like squats, deadlifts, rows, overhead press etc.
 
Lots of planking will help with core stability. Make sure you push yourself daily to reach your targets!
