my ankle is the size of a single pamela anderson boob(when she had breast implants) maybe even bigger
i wanna stay in shape for basketball and the only thing i figured i could do is lift weights, do upper body...
is that bad for recovery or what? i am also gonna be taking some vicodein i guess
