If you're not sore, are you not training hard enough?

My legs and chest usually get sore, but nothing else really. Arms more recently since I added volume. Comments?
 
I hardly ever get sore, FWIW, unless I'm coming from a layoff i.e. out of shape.
 
Variation is key, but you dont always want to be sore...you want your body to start to adapt to your workouts, that means your growing.
