Ideal workouts on gear?

As a natural lifter I learned strength = size and I used 5x5 for compounds and 10-20 rep ranges for isolations. I would have a intensity day and a volume day. Does this approach work while on gear? Wanting experienced opinions as I see most gear users do splits and a lot of volume. I'm currently on cycle doing a push pull but would like To go back to full body or upper lower split and workout body parts more frequent. Thoughts..?

We are always evolving in this industry, new techniques are coming out daily. Its just about being able to adapt to new techniques and philosophies.

My programs change over time as well. Generally, if what you are doing is working, it is fine to stick with it until it doesn't work. Once you plateau, try changing your program up.
