first off my goals are to get bigger and stronger end of story.
i'm 5'11'' 175
some max lifts are bench 300, dead 350, and squat not to sure weak legs
anyway i've been following this workout for a pretty long time and need a switch so any help is appreciated
mon- chest/tri's
tues- back/bi's
weds.- off
thurs. shoulders
fri- legs
sat and sun - off
now i have added a good bit of weight and strength doin this over the last 6 months or so but i'm hitting a wall and wanna switch up. so what do u guys suggest for a new workout split
