I need help on this cardio question...

I am having trouble getting cardio done... I don't think this is normal, but when I do cardio, the reason I have to stop, is that my legs feel like they are going to give out on me.

It has nothing to do with heartrate, or right side pain, or all of the things cardio entail.

On sprints my quads, and when I jog it's my calves, they start feeling like jello, and I get unsteady each time I plant a foot...

Is it just that my legs are weak, or am I deformed:bawling: ?

No, you're just out of shape, at least from a muscular endurance perspective. Just keep doing cardio. That's the only way to be able to do it for longer and longer periods of time. Keep after it bro, you'll build up the stamina.

squats helped my cardio believe it or not

Probably because squats = strengthened core = easier time on the back and stomach while running.

At least thats what i noticed, along with increased hamstring endurance.
