I'm getting pain in my hips during leg workout. HELP!

The only time I feel the pain is when I do squats, leg press, or deads. Its not a sharp pain, more like a dull ache. I had been doing legs every week with progress and now this.

I just finished hcg, clomid, nolva. Could this have anything to do with it?

What do I do?? The pain is distracting me from lifting like I was.
 
I get pretty bad pain in my hips when squatting, in my case its bursitis, which is an inflamation of the fluid sac in the joint. If thats what you've got, getting the inflamation down is the key, I use ibuprofin, but your doctor can prescribe much stronger anti-inflamatories
 
If you only feel it when lifting probably your hip flexors need to be stretched more. I've had the same ache. They are tightening up on you after lifting and complaining when you exercise them.

I use a variant on the lunge hip flexor stretch

Press against the floor with your back-leg like you are kicking it. When you relax the pressure you will notice the front leg sinks deeper into the stretch.
