I was out of the gym for 4 years and I've been making a comeback. I had torn both rotator cuffs that required surgery. I've been working out consistently for a few months now. I hit the 300 press weighing 195. I used to be a powerlifter and benched 405 weighing 190. I'm not sure if I'm going to compete again but it felt good to bench something relatively heavy...not bad for a 38 year old coming back from tearing both rotators.
