hypertrophy specific training

Excerpt: has anyone tried HST or hypertrophy specific training while bulking up? I've been doing it for a year and noticed it is similar to other ways to train but i am also not as sore as conventional workouts the next day. I've tweaked it around a few times. If i run a cycle i hear it is good for bulking and size.

    hypertrophy specific training

    has anyone tried HST or hypertrophy specific training while bulking up? I've been doing it for a year and noticed it is similar to other ways to train but i am also not as sore as conventional workouts the next day. I've tweaked it around a few times. If i run a cycle i hear it is good for bulking and size.

    if you try and it and end up sore then that means you were doing something different then your body, that would be your test. your body didn't know what was coming
