hypertrophy and 5X5 training

I’m a big 5X5 person and in the past few months all my lifts have improved following this program. It seems to be super easy for me and I want to make it harder by adding in some hypertrophy work to it. I am looking at germany volume training, HIIT, HIT, and other types of training even crossfit style. Or should I just use a variation of 5x5?
 
You should stick to 5x5 and combine 1 day of HIT per week you'll see good results
 
You can really do whatever you want to be honest. Personally, I like to switch it up often to keep things interesting. No need to though if you are progressing great still.
