Its gonna be ran from mon-friday. I guess I have DECENT fitness, but I want to be super fit by September because I want to join the army reserve. I can pass the physical no problem right now, but I want to ACE it .
Monday
4 min- 1/2 mile warmup
2 min 1/4 jog
1 min 1/8 sprint
2 min jog 1/4
1 min sprint 1/8
2 min jog 1/4
1 min sprint 1/8
8-9 min 1 mile cool down (all on a flat field)
total distance: 2.625 miles .. 22-23 mins
Tuesday
100 meter swim non stop (ya i suck at swimming ) 1 min rest, x5
dry off...
15 mins total
pullups, pushups, dips ..body weight stuff.. etc etc
Wed Rpt Monday
Thursday Rpt Tuesday
Friday: 35 min non stop trail run (about 4 miles) increase this by 10 percent every week or aim for 50 percent increase every month. Take a week off every 4 weeks...
My goal is to work up to about 10 mile runs non stop at about 8 mins a mile, 500 meter swims 80+ pushups, 80+ situps, 18 pullups, 25 dips by September.
right now my maxes are about 6 miles non stop at 8;30, 200 meter swim non stop, 70 situps, 70 pushups, 10 pullups 16 dips.
