Excerpt: I was just on another forum and guys were arguing about training on cycle vs. Natural. They said they do on average 30-40 minute straining. I want to push myself harder as I believe you should also push more than your peers and work hard. I was thinking about 90 minute weight training with 1 minute rest periods, is this too much volume?

    how to train on cycle

    I was just on another forum and guys were arguing about training on cycle vs. Natural. They said they do on average 30-40 minute straining. I want to push myself harder as I believe you should also push more than your peers and work hard. I was thinking about 90 minute weight training with 1 minute rest periods, is this too much volume?

    On cycle I suggest you train 6 days per week heavy split and do cardio really push it hard

    on cycle you are going to be stronger but everything else is gonna be the same. otherwise expect injuries and expect to develop a steroid habitual thing where you cannot lift without them

    I keep the same mindset wether on or off cycle. Training with intensity and trying to tear the muscle down as much as possible.

    You really just have to listen to your body. Your 90 minutes might be very different from my 90 minutes.

    I train 5 days a week with bro split, i dont like ppl system i use only if i need my delode weeks that its
